To handle this both with regard to warranty matters, and other matters, Malte has a complete spare parts base and documentation for the delivered equipment. This facilitates both for pure telephone support and also on-site repairs.
In addition to our own well-trained service technicians, there is also a network of partners, which creates conditions to cover even for facilities located in pure sparsely populated areas. Malte takes responsibility for spare parts and support for all components supplied by us.
