Documentation and authorities

the next stage of the design, we produce the data needed for permit management:

-Situation plan
-Classification plans
-Phase drawings / floor plans
– Exterior VA drawing with spill zones
-Dimensioning calculation oil separator
-Risk investigation
-Technical description with documentation
-Fill in forms according to the municipality’s documentation

For a fuel plant, the following permits are normally required:

-Building law
-Permission for handling flammable goods
-Reportation of Dangerous Activities (conditional on sales volume)

When you have all this in place, you need a start notice from the building permit officer.

Only when it has gained legal force, which normally takes 4 weeks, can construction begin.
